Tracy has been helpful providing information about the Ionics 5 and Kona electric which were the preferred first car choices of my daughter. "I had a great experience working with Jane, the Fleet Manager at Ontario Hyundai. I told her from the start that I really do not have the patience for the typical dealership process, and she completely respected that. Everything was handled over the phone and online, and she got me the best deal on exactly what I wanted. My dad actually came with me when I went to pick up the car. I had told him ahead of time that I was going to handle everything online and then just walk in and have Jane hand me the keys. He kept telling me there was no way a dealership would actually work like that. On the way there he kept saying things like, “I bet you still have to do this,” or “I bet they didn’t include that.” Every time he checked the paperwork he realized everything had already been handled exactly the way it should be. Jane told me the car would be ready around 1:00. We showed up closer to 1:30 and the car was already washed, detailed, and ready to go. I walked in and she handed me the keys just like I said would happen.
